Mig Vapor Khan vs Vie Dry Herb VaporizerStocking both the Mig Vapor Torpedo and Vie Dry Herb Vaporizer, premium vaping purveyors Pure E-Liquids have some highly efficient herb vaporizers on their hands. But before you get your hands on one of them, we bet you’re aching to find out how they compare before making your decision. Let’s take a look at how they fair against one another in this epic battle that’ll see one of them crowned champions.

Design

Sleek and sexy, the Mig Vapor Torpedo is slender in design and similar in shape to a traditional vape pen. Decked out in black with a coloured LED to signal specific functions, the Torpedo is great for those who want to keep their vaping discreet.

Alternatively, the Vie Dry Herb Vaporizer is designed to fit into the palm of your hand with ease. Again, this all-black device looks the part and will probably be more likely mistaken for a mobile phone than a vaporizer. If you’re looking for a vaporizer with style, then the Vie is the one.

Dry Herb Chamber

The difference between a great-tasting vape and a bad one will be how well the heating chamber vaporisers the oils and moisture from your herbs. The Torpedo’s chamber includes advanced heating technology that will ensure an even heating of your herbs, whilst an easy to open and fill chamber will store the equivalent of 1.7ml in dry herbs.

While you’ll be able to store more herb in the Torpedo, the Vie’s dry herb chamber is a fascinating bit of kit.  You can directly load herbs into the chamber and vape normally, however you can also load your herbs into a specific herb capsule, designed to provide a complete 3600 even heating.

While both vaporizers are designed specifically for herbs and are not to be used with e-liquids, the Vie trumps this category, with the additional provision of a wax/concentrate cartridge for advanced vaping.

Heat Settings

Powered by a 2200 mAh rechargeable battery, the Torpedo features three variable heat settings allowing you to vape varying herbs at temperatures of 1820C/3600F, 1930C/3800F and 2150C/4200F. While this is a more than adequate offering, the Vie provides just that bit more. Due to the added feature of the wax/concentrate capsule that can be used, you’ll be able to experience four different temperature settings that include 1700C/3380F, 2000C/3920F, 2200C/4280F and 2500C/4820F, with top temperature intended to be used with the wax/concentrate cartridge.

Versatility

Both vaporizers provide variable heat settings, but in our opinion, the Vie just about trumps the Torpedo when it comes to versatility. With a few more features to boast, as well as the options when it comes to loading the dry herb chamber, it’s hard not to give the credit to Vie for creating such a great dry herb vaporizer.

Cost

When it comes to cost, you’d be hard-pressed to find a decent dry herb vaporizer as affordable as these two beauties. With the Torpedo priced at £64.99 and the Vie costing under £50, these vaporizers are suited to both those on a budget, as well as anybody else who simply doesn’t want to fork out a small fortune to enjoy the pleasure of heating and not burning their herbs.
